For managing committees & RWAs

A free dental camp in your society, one weekend morning.

Orthosquare sets up in your clubhouse or podium and checks every resident who comes down — children, working adults, and the senior citizens who have been putting it off the longest. Each person gets a one-to-one check and a written report, at no cost to the society.

Why oral health matters

Your mouth is attached to the rest of you.

Gum disease can sit silently for years — and it is linked to far more than teeth.

  • Diabetes

Gum disease and blood sugar worsen each other.

  • Heart

Gum inflammation is linked to heart disease.

  • Older adults

Poor oral hygiene is linked to chest infections.

  • Eating

A painful tooth changes what you eat.

  • Seniors benefit mostA check downstairs they will actually attend.
  • Children caught earlyEarly decay is simple to fix.
  • Free for the societyNo cost, no fundraising.

A camp checks teeth and gums only. It does not diagnose diabetes, heart disease or any other condition.

On the day

What every resident gets

The same check you would get at the clinic — in your own building, without an appointment.

A one-to-one dental check

A qualified dentist examines teeth and gums properly, with light and instruments — not a glance and a pamphlet. Children, parents and grandparents are seen in the same visit, with seniors and small children taken first.

A written report for each person

What was found, what needs attention now and what can wait — in language a family can act on. Not a shared leaflet: every resident leaves with their own report in hand.

We help you fill the hall

Notice-board poster, lift notice and WhatsApp group text come ready-made with your society's name on them, so the committee is not chasing attendance. Branding and signage are supplied by us.

The parts committees ask about most

Gentle first visits for kids

Nervous children get a look-and-count check with no instruments, so the dentist stops being something to fear.

Follow-up at the nearest clinic

Anyone who needs treatment gets a priority appointment at the closest Orthosquare clinic, at camp rates for the whole household.

A note for the committee

A one-page summary of attendance and the common findings, so the camp can be reported at the next managing-committee meeting.

PAN India presence

Wherever your society is, we can reach it.

The same team, the same equipment and the same follow-up clinics, across the Orthosquare network. If residents move cities, their dental records and camp rates travel with them.

What each side gets

Nothing for the committee to arrange, everything for the residents

For the managing committee

  • No cost and no sponsorship to raise. The camp is free to the society.
  • One co-ordinator, one WhatsApp group. We handle the rest.
  • Ready-made notices for the board, the lift and the society group.
  • A well-attended society event residents remember for the right reason.
  • A short summary afterwards of attendance and what was commonly found.

For residents

  • A free, proper check without leaving the building.
  • A written report for each person, not a shared leaflet.
  • Seniors and children seen first, with no standing in a queue.
  • Priority appointments at the nearest Orthosquare clinic if anything needs treatment.
  • Honest answers on what a treatment will cost and how long it will take.

Questions committees ask

Before you put it to the committee

No. The screening camp is free. Orthosquare sends the dentists, the portable equipment, the sterile disposables and the branding. The society provides the space and helps inform residents. There is no sponsorship to raise and no hidden charge.
We usually run a camp for societies of about 60 flats and above. Smaller buildings can club together with a neighbouring society in the same complex or lane — we are happy to run one camp for two or three buildings.
Most society camps run on a Saturday or Sunday morning, usually 9 am to 2 pm, when families and senior citizens are at home. Weekday evening camps are possible for societies that prefer them.
A clubhouse, society office, covered podium or community hall with chairs, a table, a power point and reasonable light is enough. The team carries everything else and leaves the space as they found it.
Yes — every resident is welcome. Nervous children get a gentle look-and-count check with no instruments, and senior citizens are seen first so they are not left waiting in a queue.
No. The camp is a check-up. Residents are told what was found and what it would take to fix it, in writing. Whether, where and when to treat it stays entirely their decision.
We send a one-page note you can place before the committee — date, timing, space required and exactly what residents receive — along with the notice-board poster and the WhatsApp text for the society group.

Give your residents a weekend morning worth coming down for.

Tell us your society and city — we will come back with a date and the committee note.
