Before you put it to your management
The on-site screening camp is free for your employees. Orthosquare brings the dentists, the equipment and the branding. You pay only if your organisation later chooses to sponsor treatment or a paid wellness plan on top of the camp.
We usually run a camp from about 50 employees upward at a single location. Smaller teams can be combined with a neighbouring office in the same building, or covered through clinic-based vouchers instead.
A typical camp runs four to six hours. We need a room or a cordoned area with chairs, a table, a power point and reasonable light — a cafeteria or training room works well. The team carries portable screening equipment and sterile disposables.
A one-to-one check with a qualified dentist, the findings explained in plain language, and a written report of what needs attention now and what can wait. If treatment is needed they get a priority appointment at the nearest Orthosquare clinic, at corporate rates that extend to their family.
No individual findings are shared. Each employee's report goes to that employee. HR receives only an anonymised, aggregated summary — how many need urgent care, how many need routine cleaning, and the patterns across the workforce.
