Refund Policy for Orthosquare

At Orthosquare Multispeciality Dental Clinic Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality dental care with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. This refund policy outlines the terms under which payments and cancellations are handled, in accordance with our standards of ethical and responsible healthcare delivery.

All payments made towards consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment plans are considered final and non-refundable. Dental services involve customized clinical time, materials, and resources that are allocated specifically for each patient. Once a treatment has commenced, the clinic will be unable to offer a refund under any circumstance. We strongly encourage all patients to review their treatment plans and related documents in detail prior to initiating any procedure.

Requests for refunds, if any, are considered solely at the discretion of the management. The submission of a refund request does not imply entitlement or guarantee approval. Each case is carefully evaluated based on the treatment stage, nature of services rendered, and associated clinical costs. Initiation of a refund process is contingent upon the submission of all necessary documentation as requested. Incomplete or inaccurate records may result in delays or ineligibility.

In the unfortunate event that a patient passes away after the commencement of treatment, Orthosquare regrets to inform that no refunds shall be applicable. Dental procedures, once initiated, involve clinical planning, personalized resources, and medical-grade materials that are allocated exclusively to the patient. These commitments are irreversible and non-transferable. As a result, the clinic is unable to process any reimbursement under such circumstances.

In certain cases where a patient voluntarily discontinues treatment before completion, the clinic is not liable to refund any money, but in some cases, may consider issuing a credit note equivalent to the unutilized portion of the amount paid. This credit note may be redeemed for future services at any Orthosquare clinic within the prescribed validity period. The issuance of such a credit note remains subject to the management’s final review and approval.

Payments made for bespoke dental products such as crowns, aligners, dentures, retainers, or any other custom-fabricated appliance are strictly non-refundable, as these items are created to suit the specific needs of the individual and cannot be reused or reassigned.

Orthosquare remains committed to addressing patient concerns in a timely and professional manner. In the event of a dispute related to billing or treatment, patients are encouraged to contact the clinic’s management for resolution. If a satisfactory outcome is not achieved, patients retain the right to escalate the matter through appropriate legal or consumer redressal forums.

Before commencing treatment, all patients are required to sign a consent form acknowledging their understanding of the treatment plan, cost estimates, and this refund policy. This ensures full transparency and mutual agreement. EMI Refunds

For patients who opt for Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) plans through third-party financial providers, Orthosquare does not bear responsibility for EMI management, payment defaults, or disputes related to financing terms. Once an EMI option is selected and activated, it cannot be canceled.

If treatment is discontinued mid-way by Orthosquare due to certain medical conditions, any eligible refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable charges such as clinic fees, lab expenses, taxes, and other related costs.

The final settlement depends on the terms agreed upon with the third-party financing provider. In certain situations, if the cost of treatment completed exceeds the installments paid, the patient may be liable to pay the remaining balance directly to the financing institution. Orthosquare is not liable for decisions made by the financing company regarding refund approvals or outstanding dues.
